Rental Policy:
Rental is based on 2 occupants, with owners permission for additional guests.
Any issues or damages must be be brought to the hosts attention within 24 hours of check in or occurrence. No subletting is permitted. No pets of any kind are permitted.


All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, internet, lawn service, and basic local phone service are included.

Rental Policy:
1st month rent due within 7 days of booking refundable if we can find another renter
$1500 security deposit and remainder of rent due 60 days before rental period. $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from security
$500 pet deposit which will be returned 30 days after end of rental period.
