Contract will be e-mailed or mailed to prospective renter. It needs to be returned within 7 days along with deposit. Rates based on double occupancy. Security deposit will be returned by mail after home inspection. $100 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit if house is not left in condition it is found. No pets and no smoking permitted.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
