The home has a totally-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, and blender, as well as a large selection of pots and pans, dishes, and wine glasses. It has a front screened porch as well as an enclosed Florida room and an outside patio. A set of new high efficiency front-loading washer and dryer are included for your use. The rental amount INCLUDES the State of Florida taxes on short-term rentals. These monthly rental prices are for 1 or 2 adults. If more than 2 adults are sharing the home, we add an additional 10% to the rent for each additional person. If the renter has an overnight guest for more than 5 days, we assess a charge of $20 per night.

AVAILABILITY: A GREAT Deal -- special rates for 6-month rentals. Any 6 consecutive months: SPECIAL RATE is $3,400 per month. Rentals include all taxes, utilities, Roku TV, trash, lawn service, internet, and Villages amenities.

12-month rental: SPECIAL RATE: $2,200 per month, fully furnished. One year minimum lease. Renter pays internet, phone, tv, electricity.

Rental Policy: $1000 Deposit due within 7 days of booking. The remainder of the rent must be paid 45 days before first day of first rental month.

Security deposit: $750, payable at check-in. Deposit refunded 15-days after check-out, minus a $125 cleaning fee and any charges for damages.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
