The lanai is furnished with a comfortable loveseat and two matching chairs, all glider rockers. The backyard is private and completely fenced in. There is a gas grill with dining table and chairs on the side patio. Well trained dogs are welcome. Washing machine and dryer are located in the garage.

Our villa is a quick golf cart ride to the Nancy Lopez Legacy Championship Country Club, many executive golf courses, Mulberry Grove Regional Rec Center, Pickleball, Sports Pool, Savannah Center, Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing, and many pools. The Publix Grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. Consider staying in our villa during any of the off season months. It costs less, there are fewer people, and it's every bit as much fun.

All utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, Villages Daily Sun, Yamaha gas golf cart and High speed internet (Wifi) are included.

Rental Policy:$500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Short term rentals - weekly, weekend welcome during off-season months.
