Dining room, table seats 4, Living room, large 75 -inch tv, couch & loveseat in Leather. King bed in Master bedroom. Queen in second bedroom. CLOSET locked in master bedroom for owner's personal items.
Kitchen - washer /dryer behind blindfold doors, extra lighting in kitchen, dish washer, a BBQ outside. Table with 4 chairs in Lani.
All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, newspaper and lawn service come with the rental.
The Villa is for 2 people. If you bring others there will be a charge. Of $200.00 per person. Per week.
Upon receipt of deposit of $800.00 within 7 days & copies of the renter's ID's a rental agreement would be forwarded with a signature request to be return. Deposit will not be returned, if cancelled. If cancelled by you, if it can be rented again, then your deposit will be returned. 2 Villages amenity I.D.'s $50.00 - also a cleaning fee of $100.00 Will be taken out of your deposit You will be able to enjoy the activities, "The Villages" has to offer, including golf at the Executive Golf courses. Enjoy reduced rates at all the Championship Golf Courses.

The Villages is an active Community for residents 55yrs. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
We LOCK master bedroom closet for our use. The other closet is completely empty. We have large dressers in both bedrooms. Plenty of room for clothing.

Rental rates include the delivery of the Village Sun newspaper, also
"Wi-Fi" * cable. No House phone & No Pets & No Smoking!

The Village of Hemingway is right in the Heart of "The Villages". A short ride to Sumter Square, with Dancing to live music daily. Lots of shopping and Restaurants. Also, a short ride to the pool or even walk.

Arrival time is 4:00 pm
Departure time is 9:00 AM
These times maybe adjusted if needed.
