Gas Golf cart included in the rental. Our home has a large 19' x 23' screened in lanai with vaulted ceilings, 3 fans, overlooking a beautiful private wooded area.NO homes are behind us! Access the lanai from the Living room and the master bedroom. Large BBQ patio complete with electric outlets and lights for night time grilling.
The open great room floor plan has ceramic floors , a comfortable living room with a new modern couch and 2 electric leather recliners and an entertainment center with 55" Flat screen HDTV; a full dining room seats six, and an open kitchen with 4 stools. There are new granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. All bedrooms have laminate floors. The split layout has the master bedroom with a king sized adjustable bed remote light and fan system and bath with a new shower on one side of the house. The guest rooms are separate from the master and have a bathroom between them. One bedroom has day bed, the other is set up as a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa and a crafting desk. All rooms have ceiling fans. There are TVs in the master, the guest room and the living room . This home is walk-in ready. with all towels, linens. Bicycle and pool "noodles" are in the garage.
The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, dishes, utensils that you would ever need. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room between the garage and the kitchen. We have a new water treatment whole house filter. The a/c is a newer installation.
The lanai is very spacious and has both relaxing chairs as well as a large dining area. Full privacy behind with a beautiful garden and privacy fencing with wooded area. It is a wonderful place to relax and have your morning coffee!
Rental includes amenities, utilities, water, trash pick-up. TV, lawn service, gas 4 seater golf cart, high speed cable wireless internet.
Your resident pass (for up to 2 people) is fully paid for and allows you access to all golfing as well as use of the pools, recreation centers and Village facilities.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years +.
Shuttle service between the Villages and the Orlando Airport is available.
Temporary ID fee of $50 is included in the rental rate. Check in time is 3:00PM on the first day of the month, check-out time is 10:00AM on the last day of the month. Rates based on double occupancy.
Rates are based on 2 adults. Additional charges will be applied for additional people. No pets.
A $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return to you. If the house is not left in the condition it was found and more extensive cleaning and/ or repair of the home is required, then that additional cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
