The Master bedroom has a king size bed, double dresser with mirror, two nightstands with lamps, a television and large walk-in closet. The master bath has a walk in shower and lots of storage space. The Guest room has a queen size bed, five-drawer chest , night stand with lamp, Tv and printer. The guest bathroom has a tub with shower. All rooms have ceiling fans.

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the covered screened lanai with ceiling fan, patio table with four comfortable chairs and gas grill that you will enjoy relaxing in after a full day of golf, pickleball, dancing, etc.

The restaurants include, Bonefish, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Perkins, Golden Corral, Crispers, Giovanni's, and the fast food chains, just to name a few. The stores include Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Publix, Fresh Market & Walmart.

There is entertainment at all town squares in Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing and Brownwood nightly from 5 to 9 PM. There is never a shortage of things to do!!
