Our home welcomes you and your small pet to all that Florida's Friendliest Home Town has to offer. This home offers two bedrooms and two baths, with linens/towels for each. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with high definition Smart TVs for your end of day entertainment. Plenty of space for dining with an eat-in kitchen and separate dining area. There is extra space on a patio or the lanai for you and your new Villager friends to relax. A Weber gas grill is available for your use if you enjoy barbequing. The laundry is located inside the home.
The villa is located in walking distance of the Fishhawk Recreational Center, three executive golf courses and the Buttonwood Neighborhood Pool. The Seabreeze Regional Recreational Center is a 5-minute cart ride. There are many other recreational, educational and social clubs for your enjoyment to fill your days and nights with activities.
The Villa has the convenience of being central to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town Square with restaurants, shops, movie theaters and nightly entertainment on the squares. Enjoy dancing under the stars, check out vendor nights or just relax and listen to the music.
A gas-powered golf cart is available for your use and to stay connected while you are traveling the golf cart has a USB power outlet for charging cell phones, GPS units, or other portable equipment while carting around The Villages.
Sales and Luxury taxes, utilities, Internet, trash, and lawn service are included.
Rental Policy: Week and Month duration rentals: $500 Deposit/Security and $100 cleaning fee due within 7 days of booking. Multi-month duration rentals: $800 Deposit/Security and $100 cleaning fee due within 7 days of booking.
A non-refunded fee ($200/pet) is required for renters with pets.
Visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
