Not a golfer?..... visit Recreation Centers nearby which feature Swimming Pools, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocce, Shuffleboard, Billiards and other activities.

Enter the front or carport door to comfortable and open living, kitchen and dining rooms. The living room is spacious; you can watch local Comcast TV channels or stream your favorites from your phone or personal apps on the new large screen living room, bedrooms or enclosed porch Smart TVs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, new slate-colored electric appliances, stainless steel sink with hands-free or manual faucet, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and more. Enjoy your meals
at the Mission bell-shaped island or in the adjacent dining room with large wooden round table and 4 chairs. The dining room opens to a spacious and private closed -in porch that oversees the Orange Blossom Country Club golf course. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast as you watch golf action, read your favorite book, catch up on family e-mails in the comfortably furnished porch with electric fireplace. Also included is a new Blackstone grill. A second covered porch with street view is located at the front of the house.

The Master Bedroom suite has a King-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with a double-sink granite vanity and walk-in shower. Our home has custom window treatments & ceiling fans and there is no wall-to-wall carpet. The laminate flooring is tastefully decorated with accent rugs.

Two more bedrooms are privately located on the opposite side of the house with a full-size bathroom, single granite vanity with bathtub/shower between them. One bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, Roku tv and separate closet. The third bedroom with closet is set up with twin beds and a small desk that can offer privacy to work, read or use your computer. X-finity internet is included for your pleasure.

A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry area near the master bedroom. An iron and ironing board are conveniently located. All bedding and towels are provided.

All taxes, utilities, Xfinity wireless TV providing access to local channels, internet, pest control, trash, lawn service, golf cart roadside assistance, Country Club pools membership and local caretaker service are included. All you need to enjoy your stay in our comfortable new home are your clothes, personal items and food. Even the fee for your passes is taken care of prior to your arrival.

A two-person Yamaha gas golf cart is a courtesy for your pleasure. A separate agreement must be signed for its use. 24- hour cart service is included .

Rental Policy: A reservation/security/ damage deposit of $1500.00 with first month rent are due with signed contract. Future monthly rental fees are due on the first of the prior month. In the event of a last-minute cancellation, you will be refunded only if I can rent for the same time and same fee. Any loss will be deducted from your payment and/or security/damage deposit. Please see Info 4 Renters on the Main page for Information regarding Vacation Insurance. Upon completion of your rental time, a cleaning fee of $200.00 will be deducted from the reservation/damage/security deposit. The remainder will be returned within 10 days of a walk through that has confirmed no damage. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. The rental rate is based on two adult persons occupancy. No subletting. Additional occupants require prior approval of property owner and are subject to additional fees. Local caretaker is available to answer any questions and help you settle in. For health reasons of future renters, absolutely non-smokers, non-vapers and no pets is a requirement for this rental. Renter is required to complete and pass a Smartmove background check for $45.00.
