Rental Policy:
$500 to $1000 Security Deposit depending on length of rental.

Professional cleaning service is hired upon leaving. The standard charge is $200 for cleaning services.

Option to purchase a temporary resident ID. $50 per couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest which includes NO green fees on any of The Villages 37 executive courses and a special discount on any of the championship golf courses.
