Rental Policy:

*An initial deposit of 1/3rd of the Rental Fee due upon contract signing.
*Contract will be written for a single person or couple. Upon approval will allow occasional visitors. Maximum capacity 4.
*Full Rental Fee plus $800 Security Deposit due 60 days prior to arrival date.
*Cleaning Fee of $200 to be deducted from Security Deposit; $600 returned within 14 days of departure after inspection by homeowner.
*CANCELLATION refunds will only be given if villa can be rented for the same rate and time periods.
*If cancellation between date of contract and 60 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of initial deposit will be forfeited unless another renter fills the cancelled time period.
*If cancellation within 60 days of arrival, 50% of full Rental Fee will be forfeited unless another renter fills the cancelled time period. The Security Deposit will be returned in full with the remaining rental fee.
