PAYMENT POLICY: Half of rent is due within 7 days of booking. Balance plus $1,000 security deposit due 45 days before occupancy. Rental agreement sent to guest by e-mail. $1,000 security deposit will be reimbursed within 7 days of DEPARTURE providing vacated suite does not require substantial cleaning and/or repair.


ADDITIONAL SHORT TERM GUESTS: The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years old +. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
