Rental Policy:
- $500 Security Deposit ($750 for multiple months) is due immediately.
- Once Security Deposit is received reservation is booked.
- Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit other words NON-Refundable.
- Lease Termination/Cancellation Fee $500 or $750 (amount of Security Deposit).
- NON Smoking Rental (includes Vaping) and NO Pets or Animals allowed. Violation of policy will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit, Paid Rent as well as immediate termination of Rent Lease.
- Security Deposit will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
- Rent Payment is due 2 month prior to Rental Month.

Florida State Transient Tax REQUIRED by Law, 7% tax will be added to Rent Rate in the contract.

$150 Cleaning Fee: One time fee (Due 2 month prior to Check-In)

Rates are based on 1 couple (2 adult people). Contact us for price on multiple adult occupants.

CHECK-IN Time: 4 PM on the First Day of Rental Month
CHECK-OUT Time: 12 Noon on the Last Day of Rental Month
