A $50 Resident ID fee for two people entitles you to free golf on 30 executive courses ($4.00 cart path fee extra), reduced rates on all twelve championship courses and access to the many recreation centers and private resident's clubs and restaurants with nightly dining and entertainment. Wireless High Speed Internet and full basic cable television are included as well as local and National long distance telephone service. Other interior features are an open kitchen with maple cabinets and gas stove. The two car plus golf cart garage provides plenty of room for extra storage. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast on the lanai, then play golf, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffleboard or join one of the card games, exercise groups or line dancing classes always going on in one of the 63 recreation centers. Have lunch at a club house pool, bar and grill. Relax for the afternoon and then head down to one of the three town squares for live music, dancing and happy hour every night. Dine in one of the twelve casual country clubs or one of the many great restaurants at any of the three town squares all accessed by golf cart. The Village of Amelia neighborhood swimming pool is for residents and adult guests and is a very short walk from the home. There are over 100 miles of golf cart paths to explore in The Villages .
