We are located half way between Spanish Springs and the Town of Brownwood, a short ride from Lake Sumter Town Square and the Mallory and Cane Gardens Country Clubs. As well as being near the Sea Breeze and Lake Miona Recreational Center. You will find, our Colony style home nicely decorated and fully furnished. Furnishings include: a King size bed, flat screen TV in the master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath, Queen size bed in guest room and adjacent bath. The well equipped kitchen and living areas are spacious with a 32in flat screen HDTV and DVD player for your enjoyment. A Weber grill is provided for delicious barbecues. Washer & dryer are located in the garage. HI-speed wireless internet access is provided, with a Smart TV for your own streaming services in the living room and Roku in the Master Bedroom. Our comfortable villa is just waiting for you, to stay and enjoy either monthly, weekly or long term.
Come play in the villages!---All activities within the villages never stop, including nightly free entertainment in the Town Squares!! Also enjoy Heated Pools, Tennis, Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball, Shuffle board, Horseshoes, Billiards, Ten Pin Bowling, Card games or join one of the 3000 Hobby Clubs. Beautiful weather awaits you! ** Rental fee is for 1 or 2 adults, each additional guest is extra per month and must be listed on the rental contract. This fee Includes Florida's 7% tourist tax, all utilities, HI speed, Blast wireless internet with a Smart TV for your own streaming services, trash and lawn services.
**GAS GOLF CART is INCLUDED with Emergency road-side services.**Any type of damage to owners golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter.*
Home watch services provided in case of any issues during your stay.

Rental Policy:** Rates are for up to 2 people and are based on payment in US Dollar with a check drawn on US bank account. $1000.00 Deposit/Security due within 10 days of booking. A copy of current drivers license or state issued identification card is required for each name on Rental Agreement and is to be submitted with initial payment. Contact me for policy on additional guest that must be listed on rental agreement.
$150.00 Minimum Cleaning Fee.
A $50.00 Village ID Fee/per household couple will give you the ability to live as residents. The passes allow you to play the 40 executive golf courses(paying low trail cart fees, but free if walking), and the 12 championship golf courses at a reduced fee or try the 4 practice facilities, including the Pitch & Putt center. You can also enjoy reduced rates at the nearby movie theaters, access to ALL recreation centers, even the lap/sports pools. Best of all, is free nightly entertainment and dancing in the 3 Town Squares.
Guest passes at no cost are available at the Regional centers when showing your village ID.
Rental Process: Reservations are accepted by phone or email. Rental agreement must be signed and returned with the reservation deposit within 10 days of reservation, along with a copy of renters' photo ID. Final payment, is due 90 days prior to the Arrival date (unless time does not permit). Reservation deposit becomes Security deposit upon arrival & will be returned, less cleaning fee within 15 days of departure provided there are no damages.
Cancellation Policy: A Cancellation made within 90 days of arrival, forfeits the reservation deposit unless another Renter is found. However a Cancellation made within 45 days of arrival forfeits the first Monthly fee paid, unless our home is rented for a comparable amount. At this time the Reservation deposit is fully refundable. Please consider Travel Insurance.
