Furnishings and Amenties:
Open concept kitchen that moves into the dining and living room. No carpet throughout the entire house. 65-inch wall mounted smart tv which includes Spectrum/Xumo TV with 140 channels, including Village News Channel, ESPN, FS1, CNN, Fox News, and all of the local Orlando stations and your favorite streaming apps where you can access your subscriptions. Get jiggy and go retro with a DVD player, vinyl record player, CD player and cassette player!

Fully stocked kitchen with electric oven range, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, drip coffee, Keurig single K-cup coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, Breville Hot Wok, Ninja blender, griddle, crockpot, IKEA dinnerware, dishwasher safe non-stick skillet pots and pans.
House has a whole house water filtration system

Bedrooms and Baths: Master Bedroom, King Bed with very large walk-in closet, walk-in shower, two sinks, dressers, ironing board, hairdryer, and hangers.
Second bedroom has a queen bed and can be made private with pocket door that separates the bedroom and bathroom from the rest of the living space. Both rooms include 50 inch tvs with access to Spectrum TV and your streaming apps.
2 car garage with wash tub.

Front and Back Lanai: Enclosed screen in lanai in front and back of the house.

Golf Cart: Sorry, we do not offer a golf cart currently. However, you can easily rent one to receive the golf cart you really want. J&J Golf Cart Rentals and Sales https://www.jjgolfcartsthevillages.com/ or the The Villages golf cart store (Eastport store being the easiest to drive to Bradford). https://www.thevillagesgolfcars.com/ are two vendors to assist you in your rental search.

All Utilities are included as part of your rental price: Internet, spectrum tv, pest control, lawn service, trash and electric. $50 guest ID option is available assuming you are able to book at least 30 days before the start of your occupancy.

Pet Policy: This rental is dog friendly with a backyard that is gated. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate cats or any other animal. Maximum of 2 dogs (each under 75 lbs).

Smoking policy: No smoking or vaping on property either inside or outside of house.

Rental Deposit and Check-in:
Rental Deposit and first 25% due immediately. An additional 25% is due within 45 days of occupancy. The balance is due 30 days before occupancy.
$50 temporary guest ID option.
Check-in at 4pm on the first day of the month (or first day of the short term rental) Check-out at 10am last day of the month (or last day of the short-term rental)
Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 45 days of occupancy unless the property is re-rented at same price and dates. Trip insurance is recommended
Payments Accepted: Cashiers check, Venmo, and PayPal

January through March 2027 (includes all fees and taxes):

September 2027 - Closed for Routine Maintenance
