Welcome to Paradise! Our home has everything you need to enjoy your time in The Villages.

There is easy cart access to nearby Publix supermarket and shops at Mulberry Plaza, 1.7 mile. Near Nancy Lopez and Glenview Country Clubs.

A starter set of hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, bathroom tissue and bathroom/kitchen cleaning supplies is provided.

We rent for no less than a month. (January-March minimum 3 months)

A two seater golf cart is included for your use. This is a $500+ month value.

Living Room area has a couch, 2 recliners, ottoman with comfy throws, corner tables and 55 inch Smart TV.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, baking supplies, and all the small appliances you need for your stay including a Mr. Coffee and a Kuerig coffee machine, an air fryer, toaster, blender, crock pot and toaster oven.
There is an eat in kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with door water and ice.

Outside the sliding gas doors to the outside patio, we have a newer BBQ grill, table and chairs with umbrella.

The primary Bedroom has a comfortable king bed, 40 inch TV, dressers, nightstands, room darkening drapes, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
The bedroom has a large sized walk-in closet which includes plenty of storage, an iron and ironing board.
The master bath has a gorgeous copper sink, and walk-in shower and is equipped with a nightlight for middle of the night bathroom trips.

The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, big closet with shelving, a large desk, chair and ceiling fan. Also shelves with books and games.

The main bathroom off the hallway has a bathtub/shower, also equipped with a gorgeous copper sink and a nightlight.

All bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels for the pools.

There is a washer and dryer in the garage area.

A garage with room for a small car and the golf cart. Remote garage openers and keypad on front door.

This is a quiet adult community... but have fun!
Guests should consider purchasing Renters insurance for any personal property/valuables.

Check-in after 4:00 pm
Check-out by 11:00 am Contact owner for any needed exceptions

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Upon Checkout:

When leaving kindly place dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Please leave sheets on the bed.
Kindly place garage remote card and keys on kitchen counter and leave via the front door code.

Property taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
We ask there to be no smoking or vaping or use of candles inside the home.

Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee

$750 Reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking. The $750 Reservation deposit will "hold" the property and automatically converts to a Security Deposit upon final rental payment. No smoking in the home or garage. The Security Deposit will be kept or additional charges will apply to remove any signs of smoke from inside the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The tenant does not have the right to sublet.

The reservation deposit may be refundable if another tenant/renter can be found after any Cancellation is requested for the contracted period.
Rental Payment:

50% Balance of Rental Due Date: (90 days before arrival)
Balance of Rental Due Date: (60 days before arrival)

The Security Deposit will be returned between 10-20 days of tenant departure, providing there are no unpaid charges for pay-for-view movies on Cable or damages, etc. other than normal wear and tear, following inspections and satisfaction of property and its contents.

Temporary Resident Pass: If you want to take advantage of the golf course amenities and get the same benefits as Village residents, you must obtain a a Temporary Resident Pass. It is $50 and can be used for two people. It will also give you access to pools and rec centers..

State of FL and Marion County mandate a 11.5% Tax for less than 6 months rental which is included in the rental price.
