TENANT PAYS:

POLICIES:
* Smoking/vaping are strictly PROHIBITED, with no illegal activity on the property

* A walk thru will be conducted on the renters first day and then an inspection on departure. Any damage done, not deemed normal wear & tear will be assessed for the replacement cost/painting, filling nail holes etc. will be deducted from the security deposit.

*The tenant is responsible to keep the property neat & clean.

*The tenant is responsible to report to the property owner anything needing repairs IMMEDIATELY
