Rental Policy:
$1,000 security deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation.
The full rental amount plus $250 cleaning fee is required 45 days prior to check-in. Contact us to discuss rental agreements for longer than 4 months.

Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage.

All rates are for 6 people, additional guests are $100.00 per week, per person and must be listed on the rental agreement, Maximum of 8 people.

Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the same time period, your initial deposit will be refunded.

Upon request, the owner will submit a Resident ID form. The renter will pick up and pay the $50 fee which allows you full access to all villages facilities with reduced rates at the 40 executive golf courses and the 12 country club golf courses.
This is a no smoking house. Small dogs (not cats) are allowed.
