Cancellation Policy:
To ensure fairness for both guests and the property owner, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 90 days prior to arrival: Full refund of all payments made.
Less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.
Early Departures / No Shows: No refunds will be provided for early departures or no-shows.
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
