Our home is just a 2-minute cart ride to nightly entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing (0.8 miles). Spanish Springs Town Center is reachable by golf cart in about 20 minutes. The adult pool at Caroline is within walking distance and the family pool at Coconut Cove Rec Center is a quick 2-minute cart ride away. Our house is centrally located to both
Executive & Championship golf courses very close.

Its an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. Our living room has a couch with two easy chairs to enjoy our Large Flat screen TV with free cable. Both the Master Suite and second bedroom have a king bed with Flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The Guest Room has a king bed, double door closet, and adjacent bath with tub shower.

Temporary Residents ID is $50 for two persons and payable directly to The Villages. This allows you access to all pools, rec centers, and grants golf privileges at all Executive courses. If you are riding, there is a small trail fee payable at the course. Or if you golf frequently, you can purchase a monthly trail fee.



Rental Policy:
1 Month Rent plus Security Deposit due at time of booking.
Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancel for full refund 90 days prior to arrival.
No refunds within 90 days of arrival
