Expanded lanai with birdcage over hot tub. Two temporary ID cards will be provided for access to all amenities for monthly renters. Visitors passes if renting weekly.

Rental Policy:
$1,500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Rent Due 90 Days Prior to Visit.
7% Florida and Sumter County occupancy tax due 90 days Prior to Visit.
$175 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit and upon cleaning/inspection balance of security deposit refund will be provided 15 days after departure.
Rental based on double occupancy. $100 per week for each additional adult.
Please - No Smoking, vaping or pets.
Check in is at 3:00 pm
Check out is at 11:00 am
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
