Wrap yourself in one of the fleece throws provided and sink into one of the three super comfortable leather loveseats in the huge living room to watch your favorite programs on the 65-inch Roku Smart TV. You will never feel "stuck in the kitchen" with the open floorplan that boasts a large island separating the den from the kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen is finished with quartz countertops and is fully equipped for everyday cooking and entertaining, with ceramic nonstick cookware, bakeware, chopping block/cutting boards, chef knife block, wine glasses (red and white), food storage containers, full place settings for 8, spice drawer, coffee station with a 10-cup drip coffee maker with built-in grinder, stocked with a starter kit of both ground and whole bean coffee, sugar and a variety of sweeteners, air fryer, crock pot, grain/rice cooker, electric can opener, electric carving knife, chef's knife set, wine opener, hand mixer, and a power blender for smoothies. Starter supplies such as dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, sponges, Ziploc bags, paper towels, wax paper, Press N Seal, aluminum foil, and napkins are also provided to help you settle in comfortably. The island has four counter-height stools for casual dining, with additional seating for six at the outdoor dining table on the north-facing screened-in lanai.

Upon proper pre-notification, your well-behaved dogs (no cats allowed), large or small (we are Great Dane owners!) are welcome to join you. We have a strict 2-pet limit, and we require a non-refundable pet deposit for pets as we fully sanitize the home after having dogs as guests ($250.00 per pet). The enclosed backyard is ready for your fur baby to enjoy.

BEDROOMS:

The huge beautifully decorated primary bedroom features a king-size bedroom suit, allowing you to unpack so you will feel right at home. The walk-in primary bath includes a double vanity with a walk-in Roman shower, which is handicap accessible/roll-in with a shower grab bar and corner bench.

The main guest en-suite offers complete privacy with a pocket door closure, a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in recessed niche shower.

The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath with a shower/tub combo and is perfect for your short-term visitors!

Each bedroom is carpeted and has its own 43-inch Roku Smart TV (streaming only). The mattresses on every bed are 12-inch cool gel memory foam (encapsulated in bed bug protectors), ensuring a restful night of sleep. All sheets are hotel-style 1000 thread count made from the finest Egyptian cotton (extra set in each bedroom), and each bedroom has your choice of memory foam, bamboo or feather down pillows (also encapsulated in bed bug protectors). Every bathroom is stocked with luxury ultra soft Turkish cotton bath towel sets, microfiber hair towels, make up rags, full-sized blow dryers and a starter supply of toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar/liquid soap. The primary bath also has a flat iron and curling iron.

In the utility room you will find a front-load washer and dryer set, a starter supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets , a utility sink, a wall-mounted ironing board and iron, wall-mounted mop and broom (bucket in the garage) and a variety of cleaning products. Want to enjoy one of the many community swimming pools? Look for the supply of over-sized pool towels in the utility room!

A 3-step ladder, vacuum cleaner, and Swiffer Power Jet floor cleaner are in the foyer coat closet.

Two folding chairs are in the garage for your use when you hit the squares for live music! Should you choose to rent a golf car, you have a dedicated golf car garage in which to park it!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Any sign of smoking inside the house will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.

LOCATION & NEIGHBORHOOD

The home is located the Eastport area, a new 250-acre master-planned town center, designed as a central hub for recreation, dining, shopping, trails, parks and golf, all connected through a network of trails and pathways surrounding a 1,000m body of water - Central Lake. Chances are you will find your favorite activities in the amazing Olympia or St. Tropez Recreation centers. The nearby Bexley Trail provides quick and easy golf cart access to both Eastport and Sawgrass Grove.
