10% discount when renting Nov+ Dec + Jan together
Guest IDs are included; Resident IDs available for $50
$1000 refundable deposit due with lease
50% of rent + FL Sales & Use Tax + $200 cleaning fee due 30 days after signing
Remaining balance due 60 days before arrival
If booking within 60 days of arrival, all fees including tax, deposit, and pet fee (if applicable) are due at signing.

Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable, subject to the owner's ability to re lease the property under the same terms minus a 15% fee.
Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
