Rental Payment Policy:

Security Deposit:
$1000.00 due within 7 days of booking and refundable at the end of the lease after satisfactory property inspection. However, Security Deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled by Tenant after booking.

Cleaning Fee/Pet deposit:
$250 Cleaning Fee/ Pet deposit is due at the same time as security deposit.

Temporary Villages IDs:
2 Temporary Villages IDs are available which allow the tenants owner access to all Villages activities, including golf courses, pickleball courts, exercise facilities and recreation centers. Tenants will be able to obtain additional guest passes if needed. Tenants will cover the $50/month cost for Temporary Resident IDs.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
