As rental is less than 60 days out, payment in full is due upon booking. Rentals for 3 months or more, the resident Id cards and taxes are included.
This home is smoke free and pet free. I love dogs, but not in a home I rent due to allergies.
Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.
