Relax at the end of the day in a spacious and comfortable living room with large screen TV. Bright dining area along with additional seating at kitchen bar. Fully equipped kitchen is well-designed with gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee makers, toaster, blender, panini maker and more. Includes starter coffee, detergents, soaps, etc. Washer & dryer conveniently located inside just off the kitchen. For relaxation the screened-in Lanai is furnished and built for comfort with ceiling fan and TV. Additional patio space has table and chair and a brand new BBQ. Home is equipped with Hi-speed internet (1GB).

The location is one of the more sought after locations just over SR 44 and just 5 minutes from Brownwood Square. The Sawgrass Grove, Magnolia Plaza and Water Lily Rec Center and pool which are easily accessible by car or golf cart. The Okahumpka Rec Center and Harry & The Natives tiki bar and restaurant is just 3 minutes down the street. Nearby there are a number of walking trails for a morning or afternoon outing.

All utilities, trash, lawn service, internet and streaming TV are included. The contract is for two adults but short-term guests are welcome. A $50.00 Resident Amenity fee is optional and will allow you access to all the golf, pools and all other activities and amenities The Villages has to offer. If needed, a listing of golf cart rental agencies can be provided. As much as we love pets, we have a NO PET policy. This is to ensure consideration for all of our guests who have allergies. Smoking/vaping is not permitted on the property.

Rental Policy:
$1500.00 Security deposit refundable less $250.00 contracted cleaning fee. In the event of cancellation within 60 days of check-in, the deposit is non-refundable unless able to successfully rebook the home. One half (50%) of total rent is due within five (5) days of booking. Balance is due forty-five (45) days prior to check-in.

CHECK IN TIME: 4pm on the first day of the rental.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11am on the last day of the rental.
