Rental contract required
If booking for multiple months, first and last month Payment required at time of booking
7% State Tax paid by renter
$150 Cleaning Fee non-refundable
$250 refundable security deposit
Payment can be made via personal check, cashier check, bank check or Zelle
Guest ID's will be available in the house upon arrival. If you select temporary ID's you will need to pick them up in the Lake Sumter Landing Sales Office (1000 Lake Sumter Landing Drive) and pay the $50 fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods

Check in/Check-out:
Check in time is 4:00 pm, Check out time is 12:00 (noon).
If you need to modify check in or and out times, we can likely accommodate adjustments

Security Deposit:
**If you are paying upfront, no security deposit will be required.
Upon departure, any damages must be reported to Rental Agent. Additional amounts may be due for any repairs required to the property or golfcart.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. No smoking is allowed inside the property whatsoever.

Cancellations:
If the tenant cannot fulfill the term of rental period or needs to cancel the Rental Agent will make a best effort attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is unable to be re-rented or if the tenants cancel a refund will be given as follows:
* 100% of the rent payment if cancelled 90 days prior to check in
* 50% of the rent payments if canceled 31-89 days prior to check-in
* 0% if cancelled 30 days or less prior to check in.
