Full payment is due 30 days prior to check-in date. If check-in date is less than 30 days from booking, 100% of rent is due at time of reservation.
Cancellations: 100% refund up to 60 days prior to check-in
50% refund up to 30 days prior to check-in

Rent includes: all utilities, water,cable,internet and lawn maintenance. Four seater electric golf car.
Check- in 3:00pm EST and Check-out is 10:00am EST.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
