Cancellation policy:
In the event of cancelation the security deposit will not be refunded. Rent paid will be refunded (less a $300 cancelation fee) only if the house can be re-rented for the same dates (or longer). If cancelation occurs within 45 days of arrival date, no refund will be issued. We recommend tenant opt for rental insurance or trip cancellation insurance.
