$1,000 security deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation.
The full rental amount plus $150 cleaning fee is required 45 days prior to check in. Contact us to discuss rental agreements longer than 4 months.
Security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure provided there is no damage.

All rates are for 2 people, additional guests are $100.00 per week, per person and must be listed on the rental agreement, Maximum of 4 people.

Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is received more than 45 days prior to your arrival date and the unit is re-rented for the same time period, your initial deposit will be refunded.

$50.00 Resident ID card is acquired and paid by owner which allows you full access to all villages facilities with reduced rates at the 36 executive golf courses and the 12 country club golf courses.

This is a no smoking, no pets house.
