Rental Policy:
Rates based on double occupancy. Additional charges for guests.
50% of Rent + $1200 Security Deposit due within 3 days of booking.
Balance of Rent due 60 days prior to visit.
Security deposit less cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate key and mailbox key.
Note: 7% Florida/Sumter County tax (only applies to bookings less than 6 months).

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
