The bedrooms and all bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened lanai with a pool in back of the house has comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and paper. The lanai is also a great place to end a busy day, after golfing or tennis activities, with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. 15-minute walk or take a 5-minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs for fun and dancing, or take a 10-minute ride to the music and cheer at Sumter Landing.

This home comes complete with a 2-seat Golf Cart, BBQ, and WiFi internet connection. We provide Villages Resident ID cards that you can use at any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses.

This home is made for fun and relaxation! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Anything over $200/month for the gas and electric bill will be your responsibility.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. No Pets (I am a pet lover but, as you know they may have accidents, and other renters may have pet allergies).
