From the moment you open the door you will be welcomed by the comfort of this home away from home. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals, with extra dishes for entertaining. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, TV, sliding doorway access to the rear lanai and pool, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The 1st guest bedroom has a TV and two twin beds, while the 2nd guest BR offers a queen sized bed with a TV along with sliding doorway access to the beautiful lanai and pool.

The bedrooms and all bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened lanai with a pool in back of the house has comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and paper. The lanai is also a great place to end a busy day, after golfing or tennis activities, with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away. 15-minute walk or take a 5-minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs for fun and dancing, or take a 10-minute ride to the music and cheer at Sumter Landing.

This home comes complete with a 2-seat Golf Cart, BBQ, and WiFi internet connection. We provide Villages Resident ID cards that you can use at any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses.

This home is made for fun and relaxation! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates may apply. Rates shown do not include taxes and additional fees. Credit card processing fees may be assessed.
Pool is heated from November thru May...ask us about possible surcharge for heating pool above 84 degrees.

Cancellation Policy: Once paid all fees are non-refundable. Strongly urge you to get vacation insurance.

Rental Policy: $1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
$200 Cleaning Fee
$50 fee per couple for Village ID's if you want Resident privileges.
7% Florida sales tax will be added to rental fees
Full balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Anything over $200/month for the gas and electric bill will be your responsibility.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Security deposit is 1st months rent.

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the pool area. No Pets (I am a pet lover but, as you know they may have accidents, and other renters may have pet allergies).
