Price quote is for two (2) occupants
Security deposit of $ 500.00 for a one month rental or $ 750.00 for multiple months due within 7 days of booking.
Full rental amount due two months (60 days) prior to arrival.
Second couple additional $ 125.00 per week.
Cleaning Fee: Basic Cleaning $ 100.00 for a one month rental - $125 for multiple months - unless damaged items or excessive cleaning is required (deducted from security deposit)
Resident ID's: $ 50.00 paid for by renter, optional. (Needed to golf, use pool and other sport facilities)
*Any type of damage occurred to owners golf cart during rental period must be paid for by renter.

Open Floor Plan, (no carpet) high-end luxury laminate flooring in living room, dinning room, hallway and both bedrooms, ceramic tile in kitchen plus both bathrooms for easy cleaning.
Living room: Sofa, loveseat, coffee table, end table, floor lamp and
entertainment center with a 43" Plasma HD TV with over 250 stations,
DVD player plus a collection of DVD movies and
ceiling fan.
Dining Area: Round table which can be extended to seat six, buffet with wine
glasses, and ceiling fan over the table.
Kitchen: Kitchen has a Culligan water purifier spout at sink which is connected to the ice maker and refrigerated water. It is a completely equipped kitchen, toaster, crock pots, smoothie maker, ultimate
chopper/food processor, grill pan, baking dishes, bread pans, and dishwasher. An
under cabinet radio/cd player is set for 640 (The Village station), plus under-counter lighting.
This kitchen is an eat in kitchen with a glass top table and 4 chairs. Some cleaning supplies are available.
Laundry Room: Laundry area is attached to kitchen, iron with ironing board,
and some household cleaning supplies.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, two nightstands, double dresser, large walk
in closet with hangers and extra blanket and pillows, HD LCD TV (over 250 stations),
