Rental Policy:
Rates are for one couple or two single occupancy. Rate for additional couple- extra $350 per month.
25% of total rental amount (or $700 minimum) and a signed Rental Agreement due 7 days from booking date.
Full rental balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
$700 Security deposit will be refunded less $125 cleaning fee within 15 days of departure if home is left in excellent condition.
$200 non refundable pet deposit (one small dog only)
$50 guest ID (optional)but recommended to enjoy all the executive golf courses and endless club activities.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
