There is a 2 seater golf cart for your use while staying at our house.
Temporary ID passes: should you wish to use the Championship Golf Courses, pool, etc. you will need to provide me with your full name, home address and date of birth. After submission you must pick those passes up at the Villages Sales Office in Sumter Landing. The charge is $50. You must have your ID to pick up your passes.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home is one of the nicest Amarillos in the Villages. It was built in 2004 and has many upgrades. It is in the desirable Village of Summerhill which is halfway between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing where you will find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly. This affords a very large outdoor area to relax in. There is a grill that can be used outdoors but is housed in the screen room. There is also a front screen room that overlooks the front yard.
Village ID is optional and allows you to use any of the 29 Executive golf courses. There are also 11 Championship courses. There is so much to do in the Villages: swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiard tables, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, to name a few. You may also check out over 1,000 organized activities every week throughout the recreational centers.
