Rental Policy:
$500 Refundable Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. We will refund your money in full up to 60 days out. If less than 60 days, if we can re-rent it, we will refund that amount to you. Cleaning fees, and taxes are included in the price.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
