No need for a car! 2 Executive Golf Courses 5 minutes away plus more a short golf cart ride away. Great central location in The Villages to explore everything including Brownwood and Spanish Springs.
Clean, bright, and airy. Will feel just like home. 2 Smart TV's—65” in Living Room and 40” in Master Bedroom. All-weather windows in Lanai. King Bed in the master bedroom with private bath with shower and grab bars. Walk-in closet and sliding glass door to lanai. Queen bed in the guest room with pocket door to make en suite with bathroom. Queen Bed in additional Guest Room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and Living Room. Solar light tubes in bathrooms. Gas stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, Keurig, and starter spice rack in the kitchen. Breakfast bar. Charcoal grill on side patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Initial cleaning supplies and paper products provided as well as staples in the kitchen. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron, and vacuum provided.
2-seat golf cart included with enclosure and attachable shopping bag. KartAid towing service included.
Rates are for 2 persons. Additional guests are $50 per guest per week. Maximum 6 person occupancy.
Check-in at 3 pm. Check out at 9 am.
* Reservation Balance of 50% of the total rental amount is due within 30 days of booking. Remaining 50% due within 60 days of occupancy.
*Cancelation less than 90 days prior to occupancy will forfeit down payment unless the property can be re-rented for the same period at the same price. A processing fee of $150.00 will be charged for cancellations for any reason.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
