This 2/2 no-carpet home is a short golf cart ride (2020 Yamaha cart included) to the Orange Blossom Country Club.
Spanish Springs Square is a seven minute ride via golf cart and Lake Sumter is 17 minutes while enjoying beautiful views along the way.
This is for one couple only.
Relax watching the sun set or rise in the custom built screened-in lanai with wet bar that is less than two years old.
This is a fully furnished turnkey rental: washer, dryer, cooking utensils, bedding, along with TV and high speed internet.
A beginning supply of household products are provided, such as laundry and dish detergents, plastic trash bags, hand soap, paper napkins and paper towels.
No smoking allowed in this home.
A temporary pass is $50.00 through The Villages which is obtained at Lake Sumter. This ensures free golf at most courses, admittance to all pools and recreation facilities.
There is radio surround sound throughout this home.
This rate is for 2 adults. Overnight guests are upon owner approval. An additional fee may apply.
Check-in on the first day of rent is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon on the last day of the month.

Rental Policy:
ONE COUPLE ONLY
Pets possible with a pet deposit
1000: Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
One-half of the rental amount is due 90 days before the rental date. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the rental.
If renting within 45 days, all payments are due including deposits.
$200.00: Cleaning Fee
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
