Rental Policy:
$1,000.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$125 Cleaning Fee(non refundable)
The reservation deposit converts to a Security Deposit upon your arrival and check-in.
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, minus any charges for damage and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00
50 percent of your rental fee is due 90 days prior to check-in plus $125.00 for cleaning expenses which is non refundable. The remainder of your rental fee is due 45 days prior to checkin. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
Cancellation Policy
Rental fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same time period.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
