Rental Policy: $500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. The Security deposit becomes a damage deposit and will be returned in full within fifteen days of end of rental if no damage. $100 Cleaning Fee $50 for Villages ID
Full amount of rent is due 60 days prior to rental date. Amount of rent is non-refundable if notification of cancellation is received after the 60 days unless another renter is found.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
