A very nice 2 bedroom villa in a great central location in the Village of Bonita. This villa is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet while the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both have en suites. Windows are all plantation style shutters. A large flat screen TV is in the living room; additional flat screen TV is located in the master bedroom. High speed internet with a wireless router is also provided. The very private screened in lanai has a table and 4 patio chairs. Two Adirondack chairs along with a table with umbrella that seats 4 is on the rear outside patio along with a gas grill. Also included is local telephone service and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, pots & pans, utensils and all the appliances you need.
Villa is equipped with a water filtration system. Washer and dryer is located in the garage for your convenience.
Ceiling fans throughout the villa.
Iron, ironing board, vacuum, hairdryer are all provided.
Quality bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.
The villa has very convenient access to an abundance of Executive and Championship golf courses. Upon obtaining the $50 (per couple) temporary resident ID's you can play all 32 executive golf courses for free. Nearby is the Bonita Pool and Bacall and Truman Recreation Centers. The villa is just a short distance to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square with free live entertainment nightly, plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants.
All taxes, utilities, satellite TV, trash, lawn service, wireless internet, and local phone service fees are included.
NOTE: 9% Florida (Rental) hospitality tax that we must pay is already included in the price. Not included are a $650 security deposit, a $130 cleaning fee or an optional Villages $50 (per couple) temporary residence ID.
