The outside features a birdcage Lanai surrounded by a well manicured, tropical landscape with a breathtaking view of the golf course. The Kitchen is equipped with all major and minor appliances. To further expand your enjoyment, Lake Sumter Landing is a mere 10 minutes away by the provided golf cart.

There is a $50 fee (free for 3 or more month booking) for the Villages amenities ID which allows for the enjoyment of any of the amenities at the Villages, including free access to EXECUTIVE golf courses, reduced fees to championship courses, swimming, recreation centers, discounted movie tickets and more.

Check in time: 4 PM 1st day of rental. Check out time: 9 AM last day of rental.
50% of rental due at time of booking (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Remaining 50% and $1000 security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival (non-refundable unless rented by another guest.)
Full security deposit (less $125 cleaning fee) will be refunded within 10 days of departure and after inspection of property reveals no damage to villa, belongings or golf cart.
