Our location south of 466 is close to shopping and banking. Ashland is close to it all!

MONTHLY RENTAL POLICY
No smoking and no pets. No exceptions.
The rates are for TWO adults. There is an additional charge of $50 per person per week per guest. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. Guests are FREE with multi-month rentals.
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Our home is not equipped for children under the age of 10.
You must purchase a temporary Villages resident ID for $50.
All Florida taxes, utilities, property insurance, trash, lawn service, pest control, amenity fee, water, WIFI, cable TV and voice remote are included in the rental amount.
A $700 security deposit is due within 14 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period. Full rental balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The security deposit minus a $150 mandatory cleaning fee and a $50 Villages ID fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. (Multi-month rentals include the Villages ID at no charge to the renter.)

Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $200 re-booking fee. Tenant cancellation within 90 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms.
