-Guest passes are Free, guest passes allow you entry into the recreation centers all over the villages and all the classes and activities they are having if there is room. You can also play golf for a free on the executive golf courses (That's only if you walk the course) Please send me names, addresses, birth dates for each guest. The guest passes have no charge attached. The guest pass will be waiting for you when you arrive on the kitchen counter.
- Temporary residential cards up to two people, If you are staying a longer time and wish a full resident pass that gives you free access to all the par three golf courses and a reduced rate on championship 18 hole golf courses as well as access to all the recreation centers and activities with a priority over the guest pass holders. The a resident Pass costs $50 and you will pay and pick them up at Sumter landing Sales Office. I still need the same information....names, birth dates, addresses etc
LONG TERM Rental Policy:
- 1 Year Rental for 1 or 2 adults $3200 per month.
There is a Security Deposit of $2000. Cleaning charge $150.
At contract signing 1st and last months’ rent due plus security in order to hold your reservation.
Check-in 4 PM 1st day of contract and check-out 10 AM last day of contract.
Owner Pays: Real estate taxes, yearly maintenance assessment, annual bond, water, irrigation, sewer, sanitation fees, homeowners insurance, pest control and monthly amenity fees.
Renter Pays: Electric, TV/cable, phone, internet/wifi, newspaper, and annual ID fee of $50.
Proof of Renters Insurance and Liability Insurance is required.
There is no subletting or any long-term guests allowed over one week without permission.
