Due to the Covid-19 virus The Villages have made some changes in the available activities .
Come enjoy your stay in our lovely Austin Ranch, in the village of Liberty Park. Sumter landing is only a 15 minute golf cart ride away, where there is live music every night, as well as great places to eat, shop, or go to the movie theater. The home has tile and laminate floors, area rugs, and is fully furnished with very nice and comfortable furniture, including a recliner. There is WIFI and Hulu live , as well as games or books. The master bedroom has king size bed, private bathroom, large walk in closet and a TV. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. There is a hall closet that is full stocked with towels, beach towels and a umbrella, just in case!. A real bonus this the large semiprivate lanai in the back on the house. There is a gas grill if you enjoy cooking outside. The two person gas golf cart has LED lights, seat belts, and a bag for your groceries or shopping packages. The swimming pool is only a a block away, where you can also have your mail delivered. The Daily Sun newspaper is delivered each morning for you to read about all the things going on in the Villages.
