This home includes 2 village resident ID cards….a $50 value. The Village resident ID cards allow you to use at any of the 41 executive golf courses with no greens fees and you pay only resident rates on greens fees at the 14 championship courses. These cards also are your entrance into the family friendly and adult only recreation centers where there are many weekly activities for you to enjoy.

Periodic inspections will be made giving the tenant 48 hour notice.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
