Rental Policy:
Upon receipt of deposit of $800.00 within 7 days & copies of the renters ID's a rental agreement would be forwarded with a signature request to be return. Deposit will not be returned, if cancelled. 2 Villages amenity I.D.'s $50.00 You will be able to enjoy the activities, "The Villages" has to offer, including golf at the Executive Golf courses. Enjoy reduced rates at all the Championship Golf Courses.

The Villages is an active Community for residents 55yrs. Younger visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
We lock master bedroom closet for our use. The other closet is completely empty. We have large dressers in both bedrooms. Plenty of room for clothing.
Rental rates include the delivery of the Village Sun newspaper, also
"wifi" * cable. No House phone & No Pets & No Smoking!
The Village of Hemingway is right in the Heart of "The Villages". A short ride to Sumter Square, with Dancing to live music daily. Lots of shopping and Restaurants. Also a short ride to the pool or even walk.
