Golf Cart Not Included. They can be rented for additional fee locally through various vendors.....we can provide recommendations.
Rental Policy:
- $500 Security Deposit ($750.00 for multiple months) is due immediately.
- Once Security Deposit is received reservation is booked.
- Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
- NON Smoking Rental and NO Pets or Animals are allowed. Violation of policy will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit, Paid Rent as well as immediate termination of Rent Lease.
- Security Deposit will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear (less cleaning fee).
- Balance due 1 month prior to Rental Month.
Florida State Transient Tax REQUIRED by Law,7% tax will be added to Rent Rate in the contract.
$125.00 Cleaning Fee (Deducted from the security deposit)
