Property taxes and yard maintenance, tree trimming exterior flowers and beds, and lawn cutting are included.

Rate for six months & 1 day (181) day lease W/O Cart $26,500.00 plus all utilities, amenities fee, maintaining flowers and beds interior, spa water & cleaning spa will be the tenants responsibility owner/landlord or his agent will bill for certain fees.
Property taxes and yard maintenance, tree trimming exterior flowers and beds, and lawn cutting are included.
